How we handle the details you send us through this website.
What we collect
Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, your mobile number, your email if you give one, the general category you are asking about, and your message. Nothing else is collected from this website, and we do not run advertising or tracking pixels on it.
Why we collect it
To reply to you and arrange an appointment. That is the only purpose. We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone for marketing.
Please keep it general
The enquiry form is not a secure medical record. Please don’t send detailed symptoms, test results or images through it — bring those to your consultation, where they are covered by medical confidentiality.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to respond and to keep a record of the appointment. Ask us to delete your enquiry and we will, unless we are required to keep it.
Your rights under the PDPA
Under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act you can ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and withdraw your consent at any time. Call 8851 8767 or raise it at your next visit.
Medical records
Clinical records created during your care are handled separately under the confidentiality obligations that apply to a licensed healthcare provider — not under this website notice.
